Children in black training clothes and protective head gear at a WuDe Wing Tchun class

Activity, discipline and confidence for your child

WuDe Spordiklubi is a Wing Tchun Kung Fu club for children and teens aged 7–15. Regular training, clear rules, new friends — and skills that work outside the gym too.

  • Training three times a week
  • Small groups — the coach sees every child
  • Real self-defence, not only sport technique
  • Discipline through understanding, not fear

School and teaching

The WuDe club has been running since 2018 and belongs to PWTF. “WuDe” is Chinese for “martial virtue”: character, discipline and responsibility.

Student achievements

Our students compete at many levels. The youngest and newest start with tui shou (pushing hands) — contact work with the arms, without strikes. Then come Kong Sao bouts, all in full contact: SEMI (a bout with stops — points for a clean strike, like in fencing), LIGHT (hands, legs, throws, without stops) and FULL (hands, legs, knees, elbows, throws). The toughest version is TOP FIGHTER, for the most experienced students: full-contact bouts where the winner receives a champion belt.

The most valuable moment happens a minute before stepping out: the child is nervous and steps forward anyway. The medal is only the trace of that step.

Beginners start in the lighter categories: tui shou (pushing hands) and demonstration performances, where a child shows technique in form — without hard contact or unnecessary stress.

Next come Kong Sao bouts in the SEMI, LIGHT and FULL versions — different levels of contact, each prepared for separately. Our students regularly take podium places at open tournaments across Estonia.

And then there is TOP FIGHTER, the toughest full-contact version, where the winner receives a champion belt.

We are not only proud of the winners. We are proud of those who stepped out a second time after losing.

Every student takes part in the club rating system. It tracks progress — attendance, effort and technique learned — not just competition results.
