Real self-defence
Simple answers to uncomfortable situations: close range, a grab, a push.
Wing Tchun Kung Fu is a mixed martial art that combines the best hand, leg, elbow, and knee techniques from Chinese wushu. Wing Tchun was long a hidden, closed Chinese style that became known thanks to Bruce Lee and his teacher Ip Man. Today, Wing Tchun is taught for competitive sport, stress relief, endurance development, and self-defence.
Centreline work, sensitivity to the partner's pressure and short economical movements matter more than strength.
Our programme is a mixed style: punches and kicks, elbows and knees, wrestling and anti-grappling, and weapons work (knife, stick) at higher levels. We teach the PWTF (Practical Wing Tchun Federation) curriculum — clear levels and requirements, so a child always knows what they are working on.

Strikes, elbows and knees, wrestling, anti-grappling, weapons.
Structure and centreline.
Attention, coordination and staying calm under pressure.

We match protective gear to the drill at hand — not everything at once and not always, but exactly what the partner work in that session requires.
