Club rules — student obligations
Every club member agrees to follow the club rules.
Attend training regularly.
Take part in at least one competition per year.
Take part in a sports camp at least twice a year.
Provide a valid medical certificate once a year.
Wear the club uniform at training.
Within one month of starting, independently acquire personal protective gear: a mouthguard, shin guards, hand protection / MMA gloves, a groin guard and suitable footwear (head gear is optional).
Unsportsmanlike or disrespectful behaviour, and actions damaging the club's reputation, are prohibited.
Club obligations
The club develops the student according to its curriculum: the history of the martial art, rules and etiquette, physical development, terminology, self-defence, first aid, and preparation for exams and competitions.
Payment terms and general conditions
Tuition is seasonal and paid in advance.
Paying the full school year at once (by September 15) gives a 10% discount.
Monthly tuition is due by the 15th of each month.
Tuition is a fixed fee, even if the student is absent.
With a doctor's note, a payment exemption is possible when absence lasts at least 30 consecutive days.
If two or more family members are enrolled, a 10% family discount applies; the fourth family member trains free of charge.
Payment by bank transfer or in cash to the trainer.
Leaving mid-season requires payment of two months' tuition, unless notice was given two months in advance.
Exemptions and discounts are granted via a written request reviewed by the club board.
An annual federation fee is due once a year.
Admission and withdrawal
Admission requires a completed written application and a student data form.
Enrollment is considered confirmed unless the club responds within 7 business days.
Membership continues automatically each season without re-registration.
Withdrawal requires a written application two months before the end of the season.
Grounds for removal: two months of unpaid tuition, one month of unexplained absence, damage to club property, or unsportsmanlike conduct (violence, insults, disrespect toward the coach).
The club may amend these rules with notice to its members.
